Finance Project Manager (PH)

Our dynamic team is looking for a Finance Project Manager to work and manage the financial aspects of Cloud Development Resources’ projects, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of a project’s finances, including but not limited to budgeting, accounting, auditing. Your Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses
  • Manage the project's budget to ensure that departments use funds according to the contracts
  • Ensure that employees execute projects on a stipulated budget
  • Assign costs to several areas of the project and balance a company's budget to suit its long and short-term goals and monitor the cash inflow of several projects to ensure that resources are managed adequately
  • Prepare financial reports such as cash flow forecasts and profit and loss statements
  • Coordinate accounting activities such as invoice processing and accounts payable/receivable processing
  • Perform billing functions for the company, such as but not limited to:
  • Preparation and processing of daily/monthly billings to ensure client invoices are accurate, consistent with contractual requirements and issued on a timely basis
  • Researching and resolving billing, credit and accounts receivable issues
  • Review and reconcile account balances in Accounts Receivable Interface with internal customer service and support organizations on customer inquiries
  • Ensure invoices issued are accurate and in line with the pricing plans
  • Assess current billing operations, offer recommendations for improvement, and assist with implementing new processes
  • Reconcile and resolve any errors in order posting and invoicing
  • Collaborate with other Finance team members to work on other ad-hoc projects and tasks
  • Analyze financial data to assess the company’s financial situation and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the implementation of new financial processes, policies, and procedures
  • Provide guidance on financial matters to other members of the organization such as senior management
  • Suggest ways to develop cost-saving opportunities at the enterprise level and track any extra work that may not improve the profitability of a project
  • Oversee company's expenditure and revenue to make suggestions on providing business opportunities
  • Perform all other related financial and project accounting matters as maybe assigned from time to time


  • At least 10 years overall experience in Finance and at least 3 years’ experience in a Finance Manager role, ideally in an information technology services company
  • Relevant work experience in financial planning and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ideally project management
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Strong understanding of business finance and analytics
  • Highly proficient in Excel, knowledge of other MS office applications
  • Experience with accounting firm
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance /Accounting
  • Willing to do 10% onsite in BGC office (once/twice a month) and 90% work from home

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday; late midshift – 5PM – 2 AM PH time
